I designed this 12 x 16 book for my Dad to showcase and reflect upon the outdoor adventures that we love to go on together. Each spread includes a depiction of a site with the lessons I learned in each location. Many of the photos included are ones that I took while on these trips, and I created the cartography lines using terrain maps from each site. I wanted to create something reminiscent of a large atlas book because of my Dad’s love for maps and include my grandfather’s magnifying glass for the small text.
